Some wishes for a bad stretch
No advice, no encouragement. Just some things wished for you.

These are not advice. Nobody in a bad stretch needs more advice, and most of what gets offered is written by people who are not currently in one.
They are wishes, which is a lower and more honest form. A wish does not claim to know your situation or what would fix it. It just says what someone would want for you if wanting were enough, which it is not.
The small physical things come first because they are what actually breaks. People imagine that difficulty is mostly emotional. It is largely logistical. You stop sleeping, you stop eating properly, and everything else gets harder from there, including the thinking you need to do to get out.
Then the ones about other people, which are harder to word, because the wrong kind of contact is worse than none.
That last one is deliberately about luck. People who care about you will say the wrong thing at some point during a long difficulty. It is not a sign that they do not love you. It is a sign that there is no right thing and they are guessing, and being understood properly is rarer than anyone admits.
And then the ones about the difficulty itself, which I want to keep carefully short of promising anything.
Nothing here says it gets better. I do not know whether it does, in your case, and neither does anybody offering you that sentence. Some things do resolve. Some things become something you carry permanently and get somewhat better at carrying. Those are different outcomes and it is dishonest to present the second as the first.
Two more, and then I will leave it.
None of these will do anything. A wish is not an intervention, and it does not have to come true to have been worth making. What it is, at most, is evidence that somebody sat down and thought specifically about a person in your position and what they might actually need, rather than what is easy to say.
If you are a long way into one of these, there is a piece on what people carry through difficult seasons that does not tie itself up either.
